Scrapbook idea for Halloween

from:

If you are looking for a fun scrapbook idea for Halloween pages, you should first decide what it is you want your page to look like. Of course, if you want to look online for some ideas, you can. The Internet can be a good starting point when looking for a cute scrapbook idea for Halloween. Scrapbooking is big business today as many people love to make memory books of their lives that express their feelings and help them remember special times in their lives. There is no steadfast rule as to how your scrapbook pages should look as they should show your own creativity, but if you are looking for a cute scrapbook idea for Halloween, maybe we can make a couple of suggestions.

First, make your page a themed page. If you want a scrapbook idea for Halloween, center the page around your child’s Halloween costume. For example, if your daughter is dressed as a princess, you may want to theme your page around not only her costume but tie all of the components of the page toward a princess motif. Title the page something like “So much like a princess, it’s scary” and then do the page in pink and purple colors to reflect the typical thinking that princesses like pink things.

Another great scrapbook idea for Halloween is to focus on a specific event. Did you make a trip to the local pumpkin patch? Use various colors of orange along with pictures and pumpkin cut-outs and journal about the trip. That means tell about the trip there, what you did, what you saw, how you felt, etc. Title the page “Pumpkins, pumpkins, everywhere” or something along those lines. Just be creative when making your page.

You may want to go for a scary theme for your page. Here’s a fun scrapbook idea for Halloween focusing on scary things. Use a lot of ghosts and scary faces on the page. Take a picture of you or someone else making scary faces. Maybe use a haunted house as a background with your faces in the windows. The possibilities are endless and limited only by how creative you want to be. Think “outside of the box” and take a few chances!

If you want to find a great scrapbook idea for Halloween, or multiple ideas for that matter, just utilize all of the resources at your fingertips and think about what message you want to convey with your page. There are a lot of scrapbooking message boards on the Internet, so see what they have to say as well. Then go for it and make a page you can be proud of!
