When we looked around the Internet for easy Halloween crafts and decorations, we found a great idea to decorate your walkway in skeleton or pumpkin luminaries. Basically, you take a simple brown paper lunch bag and cut out either a pumpkin face or a skeleton. Use spray paint to paint the bags either orange or black. Place sand in the bottom of the bag to weight it down. You don’t want to use large candles to light the bags, so we generally recommend using tea candles or small votive candles inside glass votive cups. Place the candles into the sand and light for a nice, creepy effect and a great way to lead towards the treats awaiting trick or treaters on your porch!
Easy Halloween crafts and decorations are simple to come up with using your imagination. You can get the same effect of the luminaries by using simple Mason canning jars. Then place a candle inside the jar and you have a glass luminary!
