Fold the sheet in half and place newspaper inside the fold. Use either a black permanent magic marker or black fabric paint to make a ghost face on the front of your sheet. When it’s dry, take and place it around your bush and secure it in the back tightly with clothespins.
Another one of our arts and crafts ideas for Halloween can also make the outside of your house look very scary and very festive. Take an ordinary brown lunch bag and paint it orange. Use scissors or an X-acto knife to cut out a scary pumpkin face. Fill the bottom with about ½” of sand and submerge a tea light candle or votive candle in the bottom.
