Halloween scrapbook

from:

There’s no doubt that scrapbooking is a huge hobby these days, and making a Halloween scrapbook is a great way to remember the fun of Halloween on many levels. When you have a child dressed up elaborately as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle or a princess, you are going to want to remember that time later on when that child is all grown up and has children of his or her own. A Halloween scrapbook, like many Halloween crafts, should reflect you and your creativity more than anything else, but here are a few tips for your to consider when making your Halloween scrapbook.

If you look on the Internet, you can find a lot of different templates to use when creating your Halloween scrapbook. They give you specific places where you put your pictures and suggestions as to what types of extras to include on your page. There are spots for everything and make scrapbooking easy for the novice. In other words, these templates are good for beginners who are not sure where to start.

Another great thing about the Internet is that there are also web sites that give you free printables for you to use in your Halloween scrapbook. If you have a good quality printer, you do not necessarily have to spend outrageous amounts of money buying scrapbook paper, images, and extras for your scrapbook. When you get these printables, you can set about creating your Halloween scrapbook using your imagination and creativity.

There are a couple of things you will want to include in all of your scrapbooking including your Halloween scrapbook. First, you will want pictures commemorating the fun parts of the holiday. Take pictures of costumes, the fall flowers, decorations you’ve seen and/or made, and whatever else you can think of. You will also want to journal in your Halloween scrapbook. That means writing down not only what was happening in the pictures, but also anything else you want to remember like how the air smelled or how you felt as you saw things like your child dressed in costume, etc.

The main thing to remember in creating a Halloween scrapbook is that there is really no right or wrong way to do it. All you need to do is be creative and use your imagination. The pages are about you and your memories of the holiday. Your Halloween scrapbook is meant to commemorate the time so that years later when you go back to look at your Halloween scrapbook, you will be able to re-live that happy time and remember how great it was.
